If you clicked the “Select Unit/Supply Only” option because you are unsure about your setup(the copper wire meter legnth etc.) or location and only wish to purchase the unit, please note that installation service fees start from LKR 12,500 and may vary depending on the location and setup. Please note that this installation fee is not included in the order price or during the checkout process on our e-commerce website. After placing your order, kindly contact us to confirm your specific installation fee, or we will get in touch with you once we receive your order. Customers can make a bank transfer after the installation fee has been communicated. Our installation service is available in Colombo and the Colombo suburbs. If you are outside these areas, please check with us before placing your order.

Select Unit with 3M Installation

If you clicked the “Select Unit with 3M Installation” option, we will provide installation service for your air conditioner with 3 meters of copper piping, insulation, and standard installation materials. If you believe, or after consulting with us, that your setup and location can be completed with a 3-meter copper pipe installation, our team will proceed with the standard installation process.

RETURN POLICY

If you change your mind with your purchase and have yet to open the packaging of the product, you may request for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns of opened packages are strictly not allowed, except if the product has a manufacturing defect. All returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, labels and tags intact.
